Richard draws on more than 25 years of experience in the automotive and engineering services field in his role as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer. He is responsible for all marketing activities and corporate strategy globally.
Most recently, Richard has led the growth of the Jaguar Land Rover account, developing the business from around $0.5M to a Strategic Business Unit now worth $100M per annum. Richard joined Tata Technologies (at the time INCAT) in January 2005 to help the UK organisation focus on establishing a presence in the automotive sector before taking a wider European role.
Richard started his career as an apprentice with Jaguar cars before being identi ed by Jaguar to take up a full- time sponsored student path to study Mechanical Engineering. He completed his Mechanical Engineering degree at Coventry University. Richard is currently a member of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) West Midlands Council (September 2012).
