Starting in 1995 Kevin led the team that was responsible for the design of BT’s voice network, with responsibility for the UK signalling network, the voice switches and the intelligent network services and platforms. If you have ever made a voice call, or dialled in to vote for Stars in their Eyes – or more recently Strictly Come Dancing – you will have used Kevin’s work.

From 2007 he led a research team focused on Customer Experience and the direct and indirect ways BT could understand and meet customer expectations.

From 2012, Kevin has been Director of Operations for Research and Innovation and Adastral Park, the home of BT’s global engineering headquarters and the High Tech Cluster Innovation Martlesham.
